Quotes and service

A quote is our good-faith estimate based on what you tell us and what we see. The final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Because every pool is different, some conditions only become clear once we're on site - if that changes the job, we'll talk to you before doing anything extra.

Scheduling and access

We provide service on a regular schedule. You don't need to be home, but you do need to give us safe access to the pool and equipment (a gate code or lock box is fine). If we can't get access on your service day, we'll reschedule as soon as we can.

Payment

Weekly service is billed at a flat monthly rate; one-time jobs are billed per the quote. There's no long-term contract for weekly service - it's month to month, and you can pause or cancel with reasonable notice.

Our guarantee and liability

We stand behind our work and will make right anything that isn't done properly. That said, we aren't responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or damage outside our control (like storms). Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.
