What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you choose to share - usually your name, phone number, email, your address or the pool's location, and details about your pool. We collect this only to respond to you and provide service.
How we use it
We use your information to give you a quote, schedule and provide pool service, send you service-related messages, and keep records of the work we've done. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when we genuinely need to - for example, a payment processor to handle a transaction, or where the law requires it. Anyone we work with is expected to protect your information too.
How we protect it
We keep your information no longer than we need it, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your details with the same care we'd want for our own.
SMS / text messaging
We only send text messages to people who have opted in - by checking the text-message box on one of our forms, telling us in writing or verbally, or by texting us first. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
If you opt in, the texts we send are the ordinary kind for a pool-service business: replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment reminders, and updates about your service or project. Message frequency varies, and message-and-data rates from your carrier may apply.
You can stop the texts at any time: reply STOP and you’ll get a one-time confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or just email [email protected] or call (941) 265-1777.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Your mobile information is shared only with the vendor that actually delivers the messages, and only as needed to send them. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us and we'll help.
