How we can help

What island homeowners reach out about

Not sure whether your question is one for us? If it has to do with keeping a pool clear, balanced, and running on the barrier islands around Sarasota, it almost certainly is. Here is the range of work people contact us for - and any of it can start with the message you send today.

Weekly cleaning & chemical care

A dependable weekly visit on a set day: skim, brush, vacuum, empty the baskets, check the filter, and test and balance the water, whether it is saltwater or chlorine. You never have to be home, and the pool stays swim-ready year round.

Equipment repair & replacement

Pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation, and valves - the parts that salt air off the Gulf wears out first. We catch problems early and fix or replace them before they strand you with a green pool.

Green-to-clean recovery

Bringing a neglected, algae-green pool back to clear, swimmable water - the kind of turnaround a vacant stretch, a missed season, or a summer storm often calls for on the islands.

Resurfacing, leaks & inspections

Plaster or pebble resurfacing, tile and waterline cleaning, leak detection, and honest pre-purchase pool inspections when you are buying a waterfront home and want to know what you are really getting.

After you hit send

What happens after you reach out

No pushy sales calls and no waiting around wondering. Here is exactly how it goes from the moment your message lands with us.

1. We get back to you personally. A real person - not a call center - replies, usually within one business day. If it is urgent, like a pump that has stopped or a pool turning green before guests arrive, call (941) 265-1777 and we will move quickly.

2. We learn about your pool. We ask a few simple questions: where the home is, the pool's size and finish, whether it is saltwater or chlorine, what equipment you have, and what you are after - regular weekly care, a repair, a green-to-clean, or an inspection.

3. We take a look. For most jobs we come out and assess the pool and equipment in person. It is the only honest way to quote coastal pool work, because salt-air wear and equipment condition are things you have to see, not guess at.

4. You get a clear, written quote. A fair price with the scope spelled out - what is included, how often we come, and what anything extra would cost. No vague numbers and nothing hidden.

5. We get to work. Give us the go-ahead and we put you on the schedule. Weekly service is month to month with no long-term contract, so we earn the next visit every week rather than locking you in.

Why homeowners here call us

Owner-operated, and local to these islands

We are not a national franchise routing your call to another state. We live and work on this stretch of coast, we know what salt air and absentee ownership do to a pool, and our name is on every one we service.

One number you can actually reach

When you call, you get the people who care for your pool, not a ticket in a queue. That matters most when something goes wrong right before a weekend of guests.

Built for coastal pools

Salt spray corrodes heaters and salt cells and pits enclosure hardware faster out here than inland. We watch for it and plan repairs early, so small problems do not become expensive ones.

Ready for absentee owners

A huge share of island homes sit empty for the season or turn over between renters. We keep those pools clear and inspection-ready whether or not anyone is there, and we tell you straight if something needs attention.

No contracts, no lock-in

Weekly service is month to month. Stay because the water is always clear and the communication is honest, not because you signed a year-long agreement.

Where we work

The islands and waterfront we cover

We look after pools across the Sarasota barrier islands and the mainland waterfront - from Longboat Key, our home base, up to Anna Maria Island and down to Siesta Key. In between we serve Lido Key, Bird Key, St. Armands, and the Sarasota waterfront. Each town has its own rhythm - seasonal owners and condo communities on Longboat, nightly vacation rentals on Siesta and Anna Maria, private estates on Bird Key, white-glove entertaining pools around St. Armands Circle - and we tailor the work accordingly while holding the same standard everywhere.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How fast will you get back to me?

Usually within one business day, and often the same day. If it is time-sensitive - a stopped pump, a green pool before guests, a storm cleanup - call or text (941) 265-1777 and we will prioritize it.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. We look at the pool and equipment, then give you a fair, written price. You decide from there, on your own time.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all. We just need safe access to the pool and equipment - a gate code or lock box is perfect. Most of our clients are away much of the time, and we keep their pools clear whether they are on the island or not.

Do you handle saltwater pools and salt-air wear?

Both, yes. We service saltwater and traditional chlorine pools, and we are used to the coastal environment out here - salt cells that calcify faster, heaters and automation boards that corrode, and enclosure hardware that pits in the sea air.

Can you take over a pool another company was handling?

Absolutely, and it is common. Tell us what is going on - inconsistent visits, water that never seems right, equipment you are unsure about - and we will assess where things stand and get the pool back on a dependable footing.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract for weekly service. It is month to month, and you can pause or cancel with reasonable notice. We would rather keep your business by doing good work than by locking you in.

Local know-how

Why a barrier-island pool needs its own kind of care

A pool on Longboat Key is not the same job as a pool ten miles inland. When you reach out, you are talking to a team that already knows the things that make coastal pools harder to keep right - so the advice you get is grounded in this coast, not a generic script.

Salt air is relentless on equipment. The spray coming off the Gulf works into pump seals, corrodes heater heat exchangers, and calcifies salt-chlorinator cells far faster than it would inland. Automation control boards and enclosure hardware take a beating too. Left unwatched, a small corrosion problem becomes a failed heater or a dead pump - often at the worst possible moment. We keep an eye on the parts that go first and plan repairs early, while they are still small.

Absentee ownership changes everything. A large share of homes out here sit empty for the summer or turn over between renters. A pool that no one is watching still runs, still collects phosphates and debris, and can turn from clear to green surprisingly fast in Florida heat. For seasonal owners and rental managers, the whole point is a pool that stays swim-ready and inspection-ready whether or not anyone is on the island - and someone who will tell you honestly when something needs attention rather than letting it slide.

Storm season is real, and we plan for it. From summer squalls to named storms, a barrier island sees weather that can drop debris, wash out chlorine, and turn a pool overnight. We prioritize storm recovery and green-to-clean work for the homes we look after, so a rough week does not turn into a lost month.

Every town runs a little differently. Longboat Key is seasonal owners and condo communities; Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island live and die by nightly vacation-rental turnover; Bird Key is private estates; the pools around St. Armands Circle are white-glove entertaining pools. We tailor the visit and the communication to the property, and you can read how we approach each town on the service-area pages or the services page. Whatever your situation, the fastest way to a straight answer is simply to send the form above or call (941) 265-1777.

Make it easy on yourself

A few details that help us help you faster

You do not need to have every answer ready - a quick note is plenty and we will fill in the rest. But if you would like the fastest, most accurate first response, these details give us a head start.

  • Where the home is - the town or street, so we can confirm we cover you and picture the kind of pool and setting we will be working with.
  • What is prompting the call - starting regular weekly service, unhappy with a current company, a specific repair, a green-to-clean, or a pre-purchase inspection.
  • A little about the pool - roughly its size, whether it is saltwater or chlorine, screened or open, and any equipment you already know about. Not sure? Just say so and we will sort it out when we look.
  • Whether the home is seasonal or a rental - it changes how we schedule and what we keep an eye on between visits.
  • The best way to reach you - call, text, or email, and the times that work - so we can follow up the way you prefer.

Do not have those handy? No problem at all. Send whatever you have, or just ask us to call you, and we will take it from there. Reaching out never commits you to anything - it is simply the first step to clear water and a pool you do not have to think about.
